Terms of Service

1. The service

KumoMCP provides hosted MCP endpoints that connect your Google data (such as Search Console and Google Analytics) to MCP-compatible AI assistants. By creating an account you agree to these terms.

2. Your account

You are responsible for your account credentials and for keeping your MCP URL confidential — anyone with the URL can query the data you connected. You can rotate the URL from your dashboard at any time.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• attempt to access data or endpoints belonging to other users;
• probe, disrupt or overload the service, or circumvent rate limits and plan quotas;
• use the service in violation of applicable law or of Google's terms;
• resell the service without our written consent.

4. Google authorization and your data

The service requires read-only Google authorization that you grant and can revoke at any time. Your use of Google products remains subject to Google's own terms. Our handling of your data is described in the Privacy Policy.

5. Plans and fees

The Free plan is provided at no cost with the limits shown on the pricing page. Paid plans, when introduced, will be announced with their own pricing and billing terms before you are charged anything.

6. Availability and disclaimer

The service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, and the service depends on Google APIs that are outside our control.

7. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim (or zero for Free plan usage). We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or create security risks. Upon termination, your connections and endpoints are deactivated and your data is handled per the Privacy Policy.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms; material changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
